Reps need training in customer service. Since name changed to Covetrus the service has gone downhill.
Cats prescription food refill filled March 23rd but no shipping details. Understandable right now. April 3rd get an email that with everything going on orders may be delayed and to call if shipping information isn't received with 5 business days. Again, understandable. Waited specified time and try contacting company and have been for a couple days. Chat doesn't work, calls just ring indefinitely and have sent two messages with no response. My vet recommended this company, and sent them a prescription to them. I called to order, while waiting for someone (16 min before I hung up), I was looking at the recommendation section and some 20 of 22 rated them horribly. Late, wrong prescription sent, horrible customer service. I called my vet and asked her to send the prescription to Chewy.com. I don't want in 2 weeks to be sending letters like these. Mark Ellingsen
First time ever using this company. Placed an order for medication on 3/1. After waiting until 3/5 & my order was still in the process of being filled, I called the company. They ran out of the medicine on 3/3. They took my money on 3/1, ran out of medicine on 3/3 & I find this all out when I call in on 3/5. When I said it was a good thing I called in today to find out this information, the operator told me that they were going to call me later today; I told her that is not even believable. ship out the order on a timely basis and quit making up lies when we call to check on the status.
I had a terrible experience with this company. They don't care about your pets. They care about your money. I never wrote a bad review on Facebook. Managers of Covetrus don't know that when customers have expectations about how a company will serve them. There's a quite famous saying that goes: "Employees don't quit their jobs, they left their managers. " If they don't treat their customers with respect, I can imagine how they treat their employees. I am SO frustrated. I ordered my cat's thyroid meds, which clearly state NOT to refrigerate, because the gel becomes unusable. I came out this morning, after an overnight low of 35 degrees, to find the two vials sitting in the mailbox. They are FREEZING COLD. I was charged an ADDITIONAL fee because this medication requires special handling. So I paid an extra $12 for you to make this medication unusable. I clearly DO NOT recommend Vets First Choice.
fire all the current people and hire people who know what they are doing. Oh that means the owners too!!!!
