Ordered medication for my cat on Monday afternoon and it arrived Weds morning. Speedy service and very helpful staff.
Great customer service. Sorted out a delivery issue, which wasn't their fault and refunded promptly. Would definitely use again.
It's not like you would be ordering important things from this website so it's totally acceptable to be selling items online they know they don't have stock of and won't until March next year and then cancel your order at 7pm on a Thursday evening so you will have no chance of ordering a replacement from somewhere to arrive before the weekend.
