My dog and best friend to our whole family started having seizures, I had no clue what to do or how to do it for him. I called and said we were on the way... They met us at the door and was so comforting. Toby(our dog) is doing so much better, some side effects from medication but my dog BFF is sitting with me on the porch. THANK YOU ALL FOR BEING AMAZING! Hope to not see you at work anytime soon. But, if anything ever happens I will be there for sure.

I was so impressed. Coming in at 10:30 at night, I was a nervous wreck. The staff made me feel more relaxed, showed a genuine concern for my cat, and took very good care of him. Thank you for helping me to feel better and taking such good care of my cat. I truly appreciate it!

I will never go to what was once called IVEC in Beech Grove, too many horror stories to relate. That being said this animal emergency clinic is by far the best I've ever used, both clinically and "emotionally".

Today the time came where I needed to have my cat euthanized. He had intestinal cancer for over a year and took a turn for the worse over a weekend. I called ahead regarding my needs and my estimated time of arrival. They immediately took me to a room and handled everything from start to finish with care and compassion for myself and my cat.
