Dr. Stauffer and his staff are professional, kind and caring. They are very patient and take the time to fully answer all your questions. My dog Willie isn't even afraid when we go to his follow up appointments; that says a lot !!

We had to use the emergency staff when our elderly chihuahua passed away. The staff was very caring, and compassionate. It is comforting to know that this place exists.

Professional, caring, dedicated staff and doctors! They took wonderful care of my kitty, Tikey. They truly care about the animals, adding extra touches like warm blankets and rugs on the examining tables. Gave him attention and love when I couldn't be present. Drs. Grabow and Stauffer were awesome - and were actually available by phone! What a concept! Donna and Shelby were sweet, too! They found inoperable cancer so he had to be euthanized, which would have been unbearable without the staff's kindness. The staff and doctors... read more
Turned us away in an emergency situation with our dog...my dog was having a cardiac issue and we were told the vet was in a critical situation with another animal. We were barely let in the door and then they told us to go to another emergency care center. If this is supposed to be an emergency center then they should certainly have more than one vet present to do emergency situations. Never again.
I took my special dog there on Sunday. They needed to keep her overnight to hydrate, stabilize her and run tests. The follow up call this morning was from the emergency vet. I later received a call from the specialist. I appreciate the vet calling as opposed to a technician. I was very pleased.

I had an emergency with my 9 week old baby, Onyx. Right off the bat they were calming and helpful. Pricing was perfect and they were gentle with him. I was recommended by a friend, and I will ALWAYS recommend everyone with a pet emergency to come here. Thank you to the amazing staff for getting my boy better!
