Very caring staff, even with social distancing I knew our pets were being handled and taken care of with the best of care.
On April 8, we had to take our puppy, Waylon to the vet for an emergency. Somehow he got into a can of cocoa powder. We immediately started calling emergency vet services, as we knew how dangerous cocoa powder is for pets. Our regular vet was closed so we chose to take him to Veterinary Specialty & Emergency Care and we are so glad we did!! Dr Bruce and staff are absolutely amazing, kind and caring people. I rescued a pitbull (Joe) who had been dumped and hit by a car. I highly recommend Dr Bruce.
Thank you so much for helping our Josie get through pancreatitis. You are wonderful people and saved our little girl! Definitely recommend. Took her in in the middle of the night and got right to getting her better. So thankful for this place! Here she is just a week after being super sick. Back to happy, healthy, and playful!

a month ago we got merida and immediately had to see a specialist. dr bruce saw her monday, had surgery on her leg that day . she is completely healed now. highly recommend him and veterinary Specialty and emergency care.
Thanks for all the help w my cat!! Took a while, but hey, I work as an ER RN (for humans) and I understand Acuity so that was not unexpected and I’m okay w that! Knowledgeable staff and very friendly! Dr. Vaughn answered all my (specific) ?s and Nicole taught me a LOT about feline care! I hope y’all rescued that cute Tech from the printer that was trying to eat her arm!! 😂
