Some of the most kind, compassionate people around. All the way from the reception people to the techs and docs. Had my sweet Charlie there and they took exceptional care of him and my family. We had to make tough decisions and they provided us with the info to do that. Highly recommend.
I've been seeing the dermatology department for several months now and feel so blessed to have been referred to VRCC. My dog Zoey has systemic lupus and has had many skin problems because of it. Not to mention prednisone side effects on the skin and body. My dermatologists have helped so much finding the "just right" combination of immunosuppressive drugs my dog needs and also collaborating with my internalist in Boulder on a treatment plan. If your pet needs dermatology care this is the place to go!
Rude staff, unprofessionall service, greedy! We took our business elsewhere. It ended up costing a lot less for quality compassionate care.
Took my baby here male cat listless and weak. Spent roughly 3 hours to be seen by doc to find out he had life theatening urinary blockage. Techs kept telling me he was stable but when examined by the vet, his heart rate was almost double what it should have been. Quoted roughly $10,000 for corrective surgery only other option was uthinatia turned down for financial assistance. Slow response and cost of care forced me to kill my best friend.
RecommendedI was really scared that my dog was going to have to have surgery on his eye but everybody was so nice and so calm and everything worked out fine. I would recommend this place to everybody!
I was very impressed with the speed and attention given to both myself and my dog during evening emergency services and the next morning, the orthopedic surgeon called to explain what he had done and next steps. The care ended up costing several hundred dollars less than estimated. However, when I went to pick my dog up , no one knew where he was, when he needed follow up care and it took 30 minutes for someone to notice I was still waiting, after paying. This place is amazing! I brought my dog here last night and was very impressed with the caring staff. They did their best to help us as quickly as they could and took very great care of my dog. Brad's customer service was top notch! He got my dog a soft rug to lay on and treats. And he also got me a bottled water and some snacks. If I'm ever in need of emergency services again, this is definitely where I will go!
Thank you all for the loving care and hospitality you provided for my little baby Samantha B. We weren't sure if she'd make it through, but with your prompt care and attention she had a successful recovery and after 3 days she was able to come home today. I love this place! It is expensive but they're worth the money. I've been going here with 2 generations of dogs and they are compassionate, kind and understand we all don't have money to afford their expertise. Took my dog yesterday and instead of going through a bunch of tests the internal medicine department (Dr. Ashton) figured it out after a few questions and an exam. Been to a few different specialist for different issues and they are amazing!
