Nothing more expensive than emergency vet care, no wonder this country has so many abandoned animals. With that said, the staff all around was great and hopefully they have given me the correct direction to get my Nala Bean better.
RecommendedCalled 5 minutes ahead of time they were ready for my bleeding dog, while he dripped on the floor they handled it so professionally and made me feel at ease. The doctor broke everything down slowly and plainly and his assistants were just as great. Took and amazing care of my big guy I would always recommend this place.
The receptionist was rude and unprofessional, making a stressful situation much worse.
This is the second time our cat was seen. We saw Dr Ruff both times. He’s very thorough and explained our options. Care is expensive but worth it since he has recovered despite having flares from a chronic medical condition. Prefer them to our regular vet...
Dont waste your money ! Plus didnt help my cat, pretty much just help kill her sooner. Wont discuss anything over the phone. Treat you badly if you are 5 minutes late (even though they charge an arm and a leg) Over priced for what they do - I FELT SCAMMED and LOST MY CAT. My advise - find a vet you really like and than stick with them.
They were AMAZING! Couldn’t believe how nice they were...how comprehensive the exam was...and the recommended treatment was such a surprise...in a VERY GOOD WAY! I highly recommend VRCC!!
Thanks for being open Christmas night. You were so very understanding and caring in the middle of the night when I came in dressed as Santa’s helper, with my sick cat in a crate. Your patience while I called my boyfriend in Pittsburgh, so he could make the final decision, & listen in on Yogurts final meows was appreciated.
