We took our chihuahua in on Christmas Day for a dog attack. They wanted the $600 upfront which wasn’t a problem but they lacked empathy. They shaved and cleaned his wounds then sent us on our way. They said the wounds weren’t major and he would heal fine. We ended up taking him in to another vet two days later where he ended up dying due to internal bleeding and brain damage. The other vet didn’t even charge us for the emergency visit and treatment because they knew we were screwed over by the vrcc

I have to say our experience was very easy when coming here. We called before showing up and staff were very friendly and up front about costs and even made a suggestion to us to see our regular vet first if we chose to but, being that our dog injured her leg, we thought it would be best to just come here instead. My dog needed ACL surgery and I am very pleased with the outcome so far. I was glad they kept her over night after the surgery. When I went to pick her up the staff was so friendly and explain everything to me. When it was time to leave with her one of the staff helped me lift her up into the car she. so far it's Ben a week after the surgery and it is healing very well. I definitely recommend them for ACL Surgery

Started out at the partner location of the neurology center but then Gus was moved to VRCC after his surgery. Wonderful and caring staff who are available to answer questions any time of day or night.

The prices here are outrageous. They charger far more than what they originally quote for services and dramatically increase prices. They also have bad medical services. My doctor specifically placed in the notes that my cat was a terrible cat and she caused him to rip out his catheter because she couldn't handle him. This whole experience was terrible. The overall experience for a blocked male cat averages around $1,000 and they have charged me 4,400 to have a catheter ripped out of my cat and to shove him mistreated into a... read more
