We have extensive experience with VRCC, unfortunately. Several of our pets have had cause to be referred there by our primary vet clinic. We have always been very satisfied and impressed with the care our pets have received there.
I cannot thank you enough for the excellent client specialist service, technician knowledge, and Doctor care that I was given when I took my dog in for an emergency and then follow-up with ophthalmology. Kudos to the entire VRCC team and a huge thanks to client specialists Lucas and Haley; Sarah and Dr. Nuhsbam in Ophthalmology; Dr. Fields in Emergency.
My 2 1/2 year old Australian Shepherd suffers from epilepsy. Dr. Lane and staff have been very helpful in controlling his cluster seizures so he can enjoy a normal life with us.
My English Bulldog got soft palette surgery on Monday and died the next day. And nobody can explain what went wrong and how he died, if I knew that my dog was going to die I would've never brought him to this clinic.
I will NEVER go back to this place! Went in for answers and 4 hours later I still have no idea and all they wanted to do was guess and charge me a frickin' fortune!
They took great care of my little Miss Boo. She's doing great!
RecommendedThe people here were so kind. Although it was not cheap at all. I feel like my dog got the care she deserved for the money that we spent. They found the problem and had a solution.
Everyone here is wonderful. My dog, who is quite shy and nervous, actually gets excited to be here. I highly recommend this clinic.
