AMAZING Care...... I've been there twice- once for a several day stint when my sweet Cavalier had pneumonia. The whole experience was fantastic, every single person we encountered was competent, concerned, a great communicator. Rumi was totally cared for and attended to. All my calls were answered, we had plenty of time to get the guidance we needed. I am especially impressed with the overnight teams. Amazing humans who obviously love what they do. So glad to have this resource close by.
Recently had to put our fur baby down (yesterday) and while it was one of the hardest things to do, the staff made it an easier experience. Thankful...RIP Asa
Exceptional service and care provided by Dr. Timian and entire staff. We could not have had a better experience with our little girl dog, Blanche.
They go out of their way to take care of your pet and to inform you every step of the way before, during and after surgery. Our dog had surgery on her knee. Afterwards she started to slip out of her cast on the way home. We immediately went back and they helped us. Very happy so far.
Very professional, understands the needs and care of the furry patient. Wouldn't recommend anyone else!!!!
I just brought my kitty, Stomper, there on Saturday for emergency congestive heart failure. He was under VRCC care until yesterday afternoon. The communication and customer service at VRCC was wonderful; I can't thank this place enough for taking such great care of Stomper during such a sensitive time. The invoice they quoted me was much higher than what I actually paid - I know that may not always be the case, but it was a pleasant surprise. He is out of their care now and recovering at home. Took my dog in because he was sick...They found a softball sized cyst on the prostate after thinking it was an enlarged bladder...drained some of it but told me he needed a $5,000 open belly surgery to remove it...The next day Cherry Hill Animal Hospital said they could give him a few shots to see if he would make it thru the night but he needed to immediately goto the emergency vet in Parker...a vet in the morning for surgery or consider putting him down in the next few days...Ended up at Cherrelyn Animal Hospital and they ... read more
