RecommendedUPDATE: Ozzie was released today by Dr Morris, we had an awesome experience with VRC NOVA and will return for a second surgery in the near future. I can't say enough good things or express enough gratitude for the excellent care that was given Ozzie during his surgery and follow up, you guys are the best! Dr. Pike and her team have been amazing in dealing with my boy Oso's anxiety and reactivity! We're now on a good medication regimen, have training ideas and support, and are really on the way toward getting his behavior managed. He's not a bad boy, just a reactive one, and I appreciate that Dr. Pike and Kayla could see that and haven't given up on him!

We came to VRC because our 11 year old boxermix wasnt doing well. In the end we ended up having to euthanize our girl "sophie". I can say without a doubt this hospital cares about your animal & their people! The entire staff was NOTHING but beyond helpful and supportive during this extremely hard time for our family. Specifically "Shawn"! She reassured us over and over that were doing what was right for our girl. I absolutely love the new ophthalmologist! Everyone at this office was wonderful to work with and took great care of my Beaux. Their prices are reasonable as well!
The staff was very professional yet caring, they took care of our baby to my expectations. We were given a tour of the facility, it was clean and I really liked the floor plan. I was so thankful that they would my baby was in the area of the nurses station. We were able to see the pre-op area as well as where the surgery would take place. Dr. Morris was who performed our babies surgery, he was absolutely the BEST� I would strongly recommend this practice and Doctor to my family and friends.
These people are amazing. Thursday night we had to say good bye for now to one of the best companions someone could ask for. He was treated with so much love and dignity and my family was given so much compassion! Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your care and genuine support!
Excellent care and very respectful. Everyone, from the front desk to the vet to the assistants were very sweet. We have a big black lab that needed knee surgery. He is a big boy who was scared and strong and they did great with him. We highly recommend!
