Wonderful place. Been here twice and had a great experience both visits. Highly recommend!
This hospital prescribes difficult to find prescriptions. Then when you call to see if there is an alternative, they refuse to help unless you bring the dog in. The receptionist is extremely rude and self serving. She tells you to call different pharmacies to find the medication, then curses you out and hangs up on you when you try to explain what’s going on. I highly discourage anyone who needs an ophthalmologist or other specialist to go elsewhere for care.
RecommendedMy 4.5lb chihuahua had an esophageal obstruction. They scoped him and he’s back to his normal crazy self. Thank you, staff. Excellent and friendly staff.
Dr. Morris has now done both of Luna's ACL surgeries. She is doing great! His staff is very friendly and I recommend this place. Great job you guys, thanks for everything!!

all I can say is when my cat had to be put to sleep they were kind and compassionate very patient just awesome I would recommend them to anyone pet parents and neighbors alike
I was given a special gift after my mom’s passing of a beautiful new family member. My lil 8lb daughter suddenly became ill and the plan of action to treat her was more than my fixed income could handle. After calling and getting blocked every where to get her help I came upon Veterinary Referral Center Of Northern Virginia. They are a business of course but these amazing people jumped through hoop after hoop to assure my fur baby was treated. I can't say THANK YOU enough to all of the staff at VRC for the excellent service they provided to our dog especially Carrie, Stephanie and Dr. Morris! They treated her like she was a member of their family. I really loved how Dr. Morris and his team were so patient with her and also took his time to explain everything in detail unlike other places. You will notice too that they think of everything when it comes to the various types of pets and injuries as this was the first center I've been to that they use anti slip carpet... read more
