I found VRC a few months ago when my baby cat Juca had his first UTI. I’ve been there a few times now and every single person I had contact with personal or through phone was absolutely nice, patient (I always have too many questions) and helpful. I do have a regular vet for my cats in Alexandria, but VRC are as good as them, if not better! Dr. Emily, Dr. Mj Soula and crew, thank you for being so good for my baby. You guys have a forever client, for sure!

For years, the vets and techs, have taken the utmost care of my dogs. So grateful for their 24/7 hours.
Emergency receptionist was very rude and hung up on me. Extremely condescending and treated me like I was stupid. I will never recommend them again!!
We took our dog Macy in through emergency services for unknown internal bleeding . Dr. Deppe and Dr. Torres along with the rest of the staff were wonderful . Dr. Deppe found the source of the bleed, and got her on the correct medications . Dr. Torres transfused her so she was ready to go home . Both doctors took a significant amount of time with me explaining her situation and answering any questions that I had . I was able to call at anytime and check on her while she was there . Wonderful place !
I have had to use their services several times over the years with several different pets and I really don't have anything bad to say about them. Not even the bill lol. Helpful staff, caring staff, knowledgeable and reasonable about situations. Meaning they don't try to make you run unnecessary tests that won't change the outcome etc. Best place in the Manassas!
I am truly appreciative of this staff. I highly recommend them. My cat Dylan got cut on a saw during construction of our house. The staff was wonderful. My daughter was hysterical and the staff gave her the sweetest hug. They have great financial options and accept Care Credit. A big shout out to Dr. Eric Martinez and Juan Sardinas. They are amazing
Sadly my dog was brought in and needed stitches, in the process they cut her other leg open and that required staples. Plus when we went back they forgot to take all her stitches. So we had to make a 2nd trip. All they offered was a $100 refund, when we spent $2000. I heard from another ER Vet that they shouldn't charged me whatsoever after all that. Needless to say we won't be going back. And wont recommend them.
