Dr. Bradley and the surgical team are top notch! Our dog, Lily, required a leg amputation. The compassionate and incredible service we received needs to be modeled everywhere! Dr. Bradley first introduced himself to our dog - THEN shook our hands. He truly cares about his patients and their families. Facility was immaculate. Now that I found the page. In 2013 I took my Yorkshire terrier to have various blood tests and an MRI scan done. Not only was it expensive but the doctors couldn't figure out what was wrong. They checked the X-rays and scans and said nothing was wrong. They sent it to a radiologist which again said there was nothing wrong. We took our dog to the best place there is, the hope center of Vienna and within minutes the doctor came in and said I'm not sure why two other people missed this but there's a tumor wrapped around the dog... read more
The Center was amazing in November 2015 after our cat swallowed three feet of string on a Sunday night and had intestinal blockages. Along with the Clinic, they took excellent care of her including when she had a post-surgical infection after coming home and we had to readmit her. They were very kind and generous. The staff even called us to let us know she was refusing to eat and they allowed my young son to sit with her in an exam room so she felt more comfortable and it worked. Dr. Bradley is one in a million and the level of care provided by he and his staff is unmatched.
We've had to take our 11 year old, blind & diabetic schnauzer, Whiskey, to this clinic twice this year (back in January and then just yesterday)...and both times, we've been greeted with such excellent technical knowledge from the vets as well as incredible compassion and kindness from the entire staff. We felt just as loved yesterday as our doggy, and confident that she could come home with us safely and that she would soon be on the mend.
