RecommendedWe had to take our three year old cat due to a urinary issue. The staff was wonderful and helpful. He had been there about a week later with another one. It was decided it was best for him to put down. The entire staff was incredible, sympathetic, and supportive, from the staff that came out to the car or called on the phone, to the doctors themselves. Our sweet Loretta had a little accident the other day and broke her leg. They could not do the surgery at our vets office. After calling around many vets offices to try to get her in ASAP, veterinary medical center of CNY squeezed our babe right in!!! EVERY SINGLE TIME I called (which was way to many, I’m sure I was annoying) the people who answered were SO SWEET, caring and nice. Don't go here for anything serious. They purposefully don't keep phone records so they can try to say they say one thing to you and actually say another. I paid 1000 for them to literally do nothing but give my dog some drugs. They try to guilt you by saying if you take your dog back they will die unless you fork over 7000 up front. Any other place including Google is better then them. Look into all the reviews. They say the same thing word for word with there guilt trip. We are so grateful to the staff and DVM that saw our cat Spazzy last night.... from the receptionist (Aiden) that handled our calls to the techs that checked her in and out (sorry I didn’t catch your names) Dr Krco, absolutely everyone was very kind and very professional despite working in a very high stress field during a very high stress and unprecedented time. Do NOT take your animal here. Will let your fur baby die if you don't have cash upfront and unwilling to work on payment options unless you can pay 75% of the bill immediately. They also perform services without permission of the owner and attempt to upcharge your bill when you decide that they're not the best choice for your animal.

No dog parent wants to be in the position to have to take their fur baby to the emergency room, but we found ourselves there last night with a very sick golden retriever. The staff was very calming, prompt, and caring with us on the phone and to our girl. They made us feel comfortable when we couldn't go in with her, and kept us up to date with how she was doing. She is home now, exhausted but fever free and I am thankful for the care she received last night.
price gouging and takes advantage of pet owners especially young ones...doesn't do good care just steals your money....gonna,contact the attorney general and better business bureau on them..also contacting the veterinary board...this place is totally crooked!
I had my nala girl in for surgery and on my everyone here are more than amazing they are so nice and understanding I would highly recommend them to anyone 5 star all day ❤
