While they are really only set up to handle dogs and cats, they made an exception for me and allowed me to bring my cockatoo, Chloe, in when she got a metal key ring stuck in her beak. The staff was efficient and compassionate and they were frank with me about the limits of their experience with exotics (they did successfully remove the key ring). I hope I won’t ever have to come here again, BUT I know if I have another emergency that this vet clinic is here to help 👍
Not the way I wanted to spend my Friday evening and night but I can say the staff we had last night that worked with our Sassy was amazing and upfront with everything they could do for her. Thank y’all again
Very sad to be concern about a dog that I have spent days and long hrs trying to trap him to get him safe and get update he been hit by car and was taken to vet office and i cane here to check on him to only to be rude by front staff and ask to leave or police would be called i would never put my own personal animals in there care i am very heart broken to be disrespect by the staff
Rude Staff- Questioned our intentions to help a lost dog that was hit.. I was disrespected here. I can't review your service, because the dog that was brought in was a lost dog. We had been trying to trap for 6 days. Your staff threw us out because he wasn't our dog. I'm thinking training in mannerisms should be on your calender in the near future. I have to change my review. I went with a friend of mine after the first aweful visit. It was a different group of Staff on duty. They were kind, and caring. It was a great Visit ... read more

Second off, when the woman asked me what I had, told her I had an injured bunny, she proceeds to roll her eyes and get an attitude with me! She got extremely...RUDE, and asked me if the wildlife center was in the way to get it! I don’t know! How about do YOUR job and call them!!!! Definitel... read more
