VES answered the phone when no one else would! Our sweet pup was taken to VES after suffering a cluster of severe, violent seizures. The staff were kind, caring, compassionate and professional. Not only did they take care of our pup, but they helped reassure me and husband. Thank you, VES for the excellent service!
I called them my Chihuahua is very sick she's throwing up not eating all day didn't have enough money so they don't do billing I asked what am I to let my dog die they told me they could put her down so she won't suffer Really instead of helping me to get her well they rather put her down No Compassion What So Ever!!!!!! I know not to call again she will be going to a REAL vet in the morning
My husband and I brought our pup in last night for some stomach issues. I found all of the office staff to be very kind, compassionate, and knowledgable. We called ahead and our pup was taken back right away before I could even start the paperwork. They were fast and friendly, even with my more than wild dog. I would definitely recommend this emergency vet to anyone in need!
My husband has been waiting for over 3 hours with our lethargic lab who is 11 years old. Every time he asks how much longer they can't answer, but the staff has plenty of time to play on their cell phones. He is on his way home. When a dog is sick he shouldn't be left in a waiting room for hours and people who come in after shouldn't be taken first unless it is an emergency.
Our dogs condition was diagnosed quickly but unfortunately he did not respond to treatment. We had him cremated and was pleased with how they returned the ashes.
