They employ individuals who lie about their policies, charging fees they literally say previously (as in, during previous communications) that they will not charge. When confronted about this, their management refuses to honor what was promised originally- showing that they have zero integrity. They do all this over a trifling sum that will not affect them in the slightest, but will affect us greatly as we are on fixed income. Shameful and greedy.
Though it wasn’t my first purchase with veterans United it’s been my most complex and this team did exceptional!!! What should have been a nightmare they made sure to take care of and limit stress on my end. Super thankful!

Veterans United is the absolute way to go. Listen I had a whole different team working for me before I got with VU. They told me not to go to VU and said so many awful things about them. So I decided I should check them out as I am an against the grain type of guy. Man I am so glad I did too. We closed quicker, I barely had to di anything outside sending in paperwork. If you need a home, and you are a veteran, do yourself a favor, get with VU. If you're lucky, you'll end up with Jacob Halls and his team.
