My wife and I have bought and sold several houses and this was the first time using Veteran's United. All I can say about them is this...from start to finish on this house purchase, this was the easiest and best experience we've ever had. **** ******* and his team were excellent. I would rate them a 10!!!

What else can I say? I wrote a glowing review too long and I refuse to reduce its size so I’ll write this instead . I tried working with two other lenders recommended by a friend and neither one of them acted like they knew what they were doing. Veterans United had be trying to contact me for 2 months and I was refusing to go with them because the other 3 times I tried using them they always had some requirement change or I was looking at the FICO 8 score instead of the FICO 5 mortgage which I didn’t even know existed until ... read more

**** is a straight shooter...always available, approachable, and will answer any question no matter how trivial it may seem. He gives good advice both tactical (short-term) and strategic long-term advice when dealing with the complexities of VA home ownership and refinancing as well. I was hesitant going into the home buying experience. My Veterans United team has been amazing and I couldn't have asked for a better, smoother process! I truly believed that purchasing a home was a dream or something that I would not be able to buy alone. My loan officer was direct about the process and what would be necessary for this to happen. I had done some of the things required beforehand and thought that the rest would never happen. Mr. ***** explained what was needed and it was not as difficult as I had made it seem.
