I greatly appreciated when I would express a concern, the VU team would have the same concern and look into the matter. The home buying experience is always going to be daunting, however when questionable situations arise outside the buyers handle, the buyer addresses it and the VU team sees the same concern, shows trustworthiness and engages to obtain an answer or workability from sellers/relators.
