Musick Team is fantastic. All questions answered. Cost comparisons among my loan options (VA vs. conventional) and what bottomline payment would be among different down payment scenarios. They were able to get all loan documents prepared to close over a week early (from original date). This is the second home loan I went with the Musick Team for. Prompt, informed, smart, respectful, professional- nothing but good things to say.

Had no real issues with the loan process and that went rather smoothly. I made a payment on the 28th because I wanted to make sure it came out sooner since for some reason with ACH transactions it takes almost a week for the payment to actually come out of my account. My auto pay was set for the 1st but like with most companies, if you pay early, there is a 0 balance due so it cancels out the auto pay. I wasnt able to find any calls on our end, but did learn your loans currently serviced through ****************. There are instances where a bank will deny transactions on the first attempt and approve it on the second. When a payment does not come through it is standard to attempt a couple of times. Veterans united is an amazing company, great service, great people. Everything went extremely smooth and they were able to answer and questions we had. They were even able to get us to close a day early.
