Veterans United is an amazing company. Someone was always available to answer my questions. Whether text, phone call or email. Communication was very fast and that is the thing I was most impressed with. Usually, you are on hold for minutes and don't get a call back until days later. With VU (Tony ********** was my point of contact) I was always getting a reply within minutes. Also, I couldn't close on the day I was supposed to; we had to move closing to the day after. This is our second time to have Mark as our loan officer, first time was when we purchased our home and now with our refinancing. Mark has been great through everything. We would highly recommend using him, if you have a chance to.
Extremely easy to work with very professional personnel. I would recommend anyone that is looking to buy a home or refinance I would use VU. They helped me through my family’s first home buying process and our first refinance process.
