Veterans United stepped up to the plate right off the bat helping me get pre approved by helping me get my credit score where it needed to be. Next, their loan officer Kevin ******** worked fast and smooth getting me ready for underwriting. He was always in constant contact and left no stone unturned. My underwriter Amanda Boss was also in constant contact informing me of needed documents and questions I had. If you are thinking about making the call, do it! These people take care of you. You literally have someone to help with any and every question you have. The respond so fast and they accommodate your schedule. I was halfway across the world the entire time and could not tell there was a time difference! 11/10!

Everyone I dealt with was friendly, helpful, and available. They quickly answered any questions I had, as well as resolved any surprise issues I had.
Matthew has gone above and beyond to help our family get the best loan. He sent us a really nice cutting board and he is always so thoughtful.
The team (jim and emily) were super responsive to my questions and concerns and guided me through the whole process.
