We have worked for years to get my credit score up enough to qualify for a loan. We were ecstatic when we got our pre-approval letter. Naturally we took the next steps and began looking for a house. We found one after a month of looking and put in an offer. A closing date was set and we were working diligently to make sure all paperwork was in order for the Underwriter.
