Serious problems and lapses in judgment in processing of veterans administration loans. One-sided reviews on their website that the public does not have write access to. On staffers that have a bad arrogant attitude and like to blow up your cell phone violation of protocols which would normally net them at $10,000 fine per incident. I wanted to know why I had to wait until 15 days before the loan was due until I could make arrangements with my bank and they were evasive, rude and unprofessional. Steve ********* called me personally to argue and vent his anger at me, instead of being patience and professional, I am older and require some tolerance of my age in trying to get some information and not an argumentative phone call.
