Veterans United accomodated me through the very start. They was there to pickup when Freedom Mortgage took weeks to respond just for a loan application. The app/website made it easy to upload documents and get preapproved easily. From there i had a request to increase my preapproved amount due to the housing market competitiveness and they complied with no issues. From there, i asked for early closing and they made it work again. They are awesome and would gladly do it again with them.

Could not possibly consider purchasing my next home without calling Veterans United. They built an outstanding Team to assist me in buying my home. The Team was always available, at all times of the day for any questions or problems I was having and they always had an answer. They even referred me to outside vendors, ie: Real estate agent, appraisers, etc that were outstanding. Amazing people, I have anger issues and they kept calm the whole time and helped me the entire time.
I was under the impression that buying a home with a VA loan was going to be a long, drawn out, pain in the backside, process. Couldn't have been more wrong! The only stress I've had is packing, everything else has been easy!

They were not always forward about information needed and it kept pushing the closing date out and eventually our loan was closed because we didn’t get things in that were needed in a timely manner. Offered to pay closing cost for the next home we got and we did everything they needed and said we had a closing date and at the last minute told us they wouldn’t finance our loan for a reason that had been previously discussed and wasn’t an issue but suddenly became one.
