The Team was always available, at all times of the day for any questions or problems I was having and they always had an answer. Buyers Beware -If you are a Veteran with a decent credit score, PLEASE stay away from Veterans United. They prey on Veterans to make a profit by charging higher interest rates. They make you think they are helping you by their marketing but any other financial institution can provide you with a lower interest VA loan, and with lower fees. In April 2020 I submitted a loan application to Veterans United. They approved me for a 3.6% interest rate.
