If I could give 0 stars I truly would, the most uncaring disrespectful money robbing agency ever known ! I would never ever recommend this agency to anyone looking to rent. They will do anything they can to take money from you but anything you need you’ll not get a response. once you’re in it you’re stuck! the staff honestly need to all be sacked if I could name names I would. Dealt with Vesper for around three years. It started well when we originally moved in. They use a platform called Goodlord for rent payments and setting up the tenancy, which never worked and repeatedly sent us emails and texts saying we hadn't paid the rent when we had. We spoke to Vesper about this, who said they couldn't fix it but told us to ignore the demands. Have been really useless dealing with our flat. Reported broken chairs 10 months ago, property manager accidentally ordered 1 instead of 4. Was told other 3 will be ordered, now ignoring all emails asking for an update. Avoid
