If I were able to put 0 starts, I would. Do not rent with this company , the lack of communication is horrible. We got switched over from LHS and wasn’t aware things could get worse but it did. There’s no contact number so the only rapid form of communication is through sending enquiries on the app, which takes extremely wrong to get a response let alone produce a back and forth conversation. Really happy with Verv-Life
Staff were so welcoming!
verv-life acquired the building I’m living in and the maintance has gone downhill, it’s quite usual not to get a response to an issue you have posted to them. The elevator for 5-story building hasn’t been working for over a month and verv-life staff don’t reply on the portal/email. I had to get in touch via WhatsApp. They want full rent, though they are not fulfilling their obligations fully. Avoid this place!
