Initially had a really great experience. They came out to help me sort a leak in my dormer window and were great. Next was to help sort a leak around a chimney's leading. The chaps came out to sort it. Unfortunately the leak actually seemed to get worse. From this point I pretty much just got ghosted despite trying to get them back out to sort out this leak around the chimney. Tried multiple times, but yeah, not great in the end really which is very unfortunate as the professional relationship started so well.
