Wouldn’t use again, I perused my case against Ryanair myself via an online chat, they paid me my compensation I was owed. then got chased by versus law who claimed that I owe them money despite the fact that I got my own compensation, then threatened with legal action so I was forced to pay. Better of chasing your own compensation and not using these guys
