RecommendedMy first time donating yesterday. They made me very comfortable & were really patient with the fact that I have small (or hard to find) veins. Once one was found, quick prick & was good. They made sure my BP didn't bottom by providing chips & a soda. & when I got dizzy afterwards, they put a cold compress on my pulse point of my neck & talked me through it.
