Dreadful! Poor communication...Dock turned up damaged..charged 250 quid for express delivery. Still took the same time..blamed courier ..shocking treatment..now taken them to court!

Great Service. Was looking for a floating pontoon solution at a new house. Options and costs received without delay.
I cannot recommend these docks at all. They don’t last as they split and leak and the service via Berthon is slow and very expensive. At the appropriate time I will definitely replace this with another make.
