This doctor did surgery on my hand and I was not numb at all. This was the most painful procedure (dupetron). I was in excruciating pain and all she said was "do you want me to stop??" with a rude condescending mannerism. This was abusive, it was horrible. I am a strong woman and have had procedures before but this was inhumane. I will NEVER go back to this woman. 3 years out, do yourself a favor and find another Surgeon. She may excel in other areas. Hands definitely are not her strong suit. Decent bedside manner, the high turnover in office staff should have been my indicator. As a working musician, my hands are my livelihood. I entrusted Dr. Daiz to resolve my issue surgically. Saw Doctor Diaz for a variety of hand and shoulder issues- We made a plan immediately and set it in action- referrals, follow ups and scheduled surgery. Dr. Diaz and her staff are first class-- the doctor exhibits the 4 C's: concern, compassion, confidence and [extremely] competent. I have two surgeries w/ Dr. Diaz in the past on trigger fingers and I wouldn't go anywhere else.
I highly recommend Dr. Diaz. I live in Upstate NY and scheduled an evaluation with Dr. Diaz for February 10, 2020 fully expecting to have to return to NY and return to Florida if she was even able to help me. Not only was she able to perform the procedure she said give her five minutes and she would be able to do it then. Her staff was outstanding, I prepped and Dr. Diaz got to work. Dr. Diaz is amazing! She shows so much concern for her patients and explains everything so well. She did carpal tunnel surgery, and I have had no more problems. I fell during all this COVID -19 virus on the weekend and broke wrist requiring surgery. She set up surgery with being extremely cautious about protecting from germs. I cannot say enough good about her. Thank you, Dr. Diaz, for caring and doing such excellent work!
We have lived in Jupiter for 18 years. I apologize to this talented Dr.(Diaz) for never writing a review before. First, for her above and beyond assistance concerning my daughter (J) several years ago and most recently for my son (S ). If there was another star available it also would have been clicked.
I have been treated several times over the years by Dr. Diaz and can truly say she is an amazing doctor! She diagnosed my rotator cuff tear prior to my MRI, while another doctor said I was fine and had me lifting weights in PT. Her expertise is phenomenal! Dr. Diaz and her staff truly care about their patients!
Outstanding - professional and informative. She made me feel very comfortable during a minor procedure. Great staff and completely organized.
I need to see an Orthopedic Doctor for my shoulder and she was recommended. Called the office and they set up an appointment. While making the appointment they tell me I have a $40 co pay. Awesome!! But then they say I must pay first one time patient set up fee of $100. I make the appointment and they send me a confirmation with a portal to type in all of my history, insurance and personal info. Other than setting up an appointment, this patient has had little to no interaction with our office, and none with me as the treating physician. It is unacceptable to allow a review from a someone who has not become our patient or had the opportuny to truly engage in a patient/doctor relationship to provide a fair review.
