Rarely do you meet a physician with the tremendous qualities of Dr Diaz. I felt a truly honest desire to help resolve my issue. I had seen others for the same problem and got limit d information and direction. Knowledge, compassion, authenticity are all in evidence when you are her patient. The office staff is terrific as well. Wish I could rate 6 stars!
I have had 3 procedures with Dr Diaz.carpil tunnel, arthritic bone removal in wrist and rotator cuff total.repair.all were completely successful.Dr Diaz and her staff are a caring, talented, compassionate group who were always available to answer questions both pre op and post op.Her rehabilitation programs are innovative and very successful. She is ,without a doubt,a solid patient advocate who I would and have recommended her several times to friends and neighbors and will continue to do so
Veronica Diaz is a highly professional, skilled surgeon who cares deeply about each individual patient from initial meeting to final release. I had a complicated shoulder replacement and couldn’t be more impressed with her as I had minimal healing time and minimal after-surgery scarring!
Forthright, conscientious and thoroughly knowledgeable. Convinced me to avoid rotator cuff surgery! Saved 6 months of my life.
Dr.Diaz and staff went above and beyond in everything connected to my recent hand surgery. They are the Best.
Rude and dismissive. Had all the facts wrong and didn’t allow me to explain my condition. Comments included deriding my surgery at the VA because my watch looked expensive to her.
Dr Diaz was terrific. She scheduled my rotator cuff surgery to accommodate my vacation commitments and explained every step that I would face both during and after the surgery. The surgery itself was straightforward and the 6 weeks in a sling actually seemed to go by quicker than I expected. She scheduled my physical therapy with a local facility to make it easy for me to attend the sessions. Her friendly manner made the office visits enjoyable and she always complimented me on my progress.
Absolutely amazing, thorough, and spends time to cover all options, and concerns. I totally trust Dr. Diaz and her staff. Dr. Rick Ruperto
I went to Dr. Diaz for two reasons; 1) frozen shoulder which she properly diagnosed and ordered the proper therapy that in 30 days my shoulder is 99% back to normal. 2) I have Dupuytren's contracture in both hands (little fingers). She operated on my left hand using small needles to cut away fibrous tissue . Other then the anesthetic shot in the finger there was absolutely no pain and she was done in 15 to 20 minutes. My finger is totally straight. Dr. Diaz is absolutely wonderful in every way.
