Dr. Diaz is such an amazing doctor. She explains your condition in a way that you understand. Office staff is equally as amazing. If you are having an issue from your hand to your shoulder, Dr. Diaz should be your first choice.

Always a positive experience at Dr Diaz. Staff are friendly and courteous. Dr Diaz not only knowledgeable, but also very caring and takes time to talk to her patients.

Dr. Diaz was timely, communicative and thoughtful. My outcome was great and my shoulder is doing great.

Dr. Diaz is falsely stating the facts She did not perform a successful tendon repair and I have the deformed right hand to prove it and IT IS NOT RECURRENCE OF DUPUYTRENS. Dr. Diaz DID NOT cover my expenses. She covered very little and I have the receipts to prove it. Largest expense was loss of income due to the injury and rehab of my small finger tendon which was a result of her obsessive desire for perfection.

During a procedure to release a Dupuytrens Contracture on my right small finger, Dr. Veronica Diaz held up my hand and said, “that looks pretty good.” I said, “it looks great!” She pushed my hand down and said, “I think I can get it better.” In an instant, she cut my tendon. Dr. Diaz flew into a panicked state and was racing around the office telling me I must have surgery right away. I wanted to go home and talk with my family. She just said, “I will see you in the morning.” To cut a very long, sad story short, her “repair”... read more

Business response:

Just the facts: Medical problems out of my control caused more Dupuytren disease to be expressed in her hand following successful tendon repair, and she ended up with recurrent contracture. In 13 years, I have performed over 2000 percutaneous needle releases. This happened once, a risk factor about which she was counseled. All professional services including therapy, were delivered at no cost to her. To say that I "barely covered anything" is patently false.

Family physician referred me and could not get an appointment in a reasonable amount of time. Called back months later and was told the Dr Diaz was not taking on new elbow patients. They offered me an "after hours" appointment on a "cash only" basis. What kind of back room operator is this? I have great insurance. This is bad policy. Why the covert meeting?

I was a patient of hers maybe 5 years ago and I did like her. However, when my problem flared up again and I called for an appointment. I was told point blankly that they were not accepting any new hand patients. No we are back logged and can't give you an appointment until such and such a date - just we are at capacity. The receptionist was not particularly pleasant or helpful. Left a very bad taste in my mouth.

After my injury in December, I tried getting an appointment with numerous doctors including Dr Diaz and was told I had to wait one to two months. Dr Diaz's office called me within a week with a cancellation. Dr Diaz answered all my questions and scheduled me for surgery within 4 days. She saw me in recovery, called my husband and explained everything then followed up with me the next day. Two weeks later when I went in to get my stitches out, she gave me a complete timeline of my recovery, showed my how to do exercises befor... read more

This doctor did surgery on my hand and I was not numb at all. This was the most painful procedure (dupetron). I was in excruciating pain and all she said was "do you want me to stop??" with a rude condescending mannerism. This was abusive, it was horrible. I am a strong woman and have had procedures before but this was inhumane. I will NEVER go back to this woman. Save your time and go pain free to someone who cares and takes their professional seriously. Horribly disappointed and concerned that this person is wielding a sca... read more
