Dr. Diaz recently performed carpal tunnel release surgery on my right hand. Both her and her staff have been very courteous and professional. The outcome of the surgery has been a resounding success and the surgery was only two weeks ago! 7
Dr. Diaz is an excellent physician. She is very direct and precise in her communications. I have found her to be very open to any questions or concerns I have. I try to be considerate of her time and have my questions written and ready for her review. It works better for everyone that way. Her staff is very professional and her nurse is excellent. I feel she has gone the extra mile for me to insure I have quality care.
I saw Dr. Diaz for a shoulder problem. I work in the construction industry so as you can imagine my shoulder is a lifeline to me. She did x-rays and spent quality time with me. I felt as if I was the only person in the whole office. She truly listens to what you have to say. You will not find the care you receive from Dr.Diaz anywhere else this day in age! In fact, I wish the healthcare industry would use her office and her staff as an example of how medicine should be practiced!
It felt too rushed. It seemed to me that there was something more important going on in another room.

However, hand emergencies do happen, sometimes at the expense of another patient's time. It wasn't that something more important was going on in another room, just probably something more time sensitive. I hope this explanation is to your satisfaction, and that you will consider giving me the opportunity to rectify the unfavorable impression with which you were left.
Dr. Diaz gave saw me immediately after I had a bad fall and broke my elbow. She scheduled surgery for the next day. Her office is efficiently run and Dr. Diaz is very professional yet has a friendly manner and answers questions clearly. I believe she gave me the best treatment possible and my healing is progressing more rapidly than I expected. Her patients are in very competent hands.
