During a Needle Aponeurotomy for Dupuytren’s contracture, Dr. Diaz made the mistake of severing my tendon in my small finger. She flew into a rage and insisted that she repair it the next day. I was reluctant, however, she insisted that she must repair my tendon immediately. I learned later from 4 different hand surgeons that it could have waited. Straightforward results orientated Doctor, palmer facietemy 4 hour hand surgery &all other Drs & physical therspist were in awe “no other DR obtains the results in surgery.”. on lefthand has now complete 3needle AP in office during routine visit so I would not have to drive 2hrs to return I wish every Dr could be so gifted caring and Honest in advising their patient and friendly!!
Dr. Diaz is a brillliant sugeon! She is communicative, is an active listener, and is a person that projects expertise. Her staff (Deanna in the examination room, Crystal coordinating supporting vendors, Carol in administration) are professional, thoughtful, and supportive. You couldn't make a better choice then this practice. They are just super people.
Saw the sign up portal and almost did not keep my appointment. Loved the office staff and Dr. Diaz! She took me in, looked at my hand and performed the needle aponeurotomy first visit!I am so glad I went to appointment. The problem was gone in less than 10 minutes! Thankful I did not go through the injections recommended by another hand surgeon! This was the best outcome I could have imagined!
Excellent staff! Felt very welcome. Dr. Diaz was very up front with her diagnosis and the expected outcome. The "trigger finger" is much better after the "shot", still has some bumpiness when making a fist, however there is no pain and the hand seems fully functional ! Thanks, Dr. Diaz I will continue to monitor and keep in touch if there any future issues.
Starting with the nurse, you can immediately feel that you are in a medical practice that cares about their patients. Dr. Diaz took all the time necessary to discuss my issue and discuss treatment. She patiently explained my X-rays to me and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Dr. Diaz.
