RecommendedWe have a 13 year old Bullmastiff that is very picky when it comes to making new friends (Luca is shy). So far Luca has had 3 appointments from the moment we walked in each time Liz and Debbie are so friendly and helpful. Once we were taken back to the room the first person we met was our vet tech Hunter. She is so sweet and Luca absolutely loves Hunter. Vernon Hills Animal Hospital has been great at taking care of both of my puggles Zeek and Kloey ! They have been patients of VHAH since they were puppies . Zeek is 13 and Kloey is 9, both are healthy and love their trips to see Dr. Sneed and all of the great technicians ! Zeek has weekly treatments for a bad knee , the technicians there have made what could be a bad experience for him enjoyable , he actually gets excited each week when I tell him it’s time to go see them !
Just love this place, appointments are on time and love ALL of the doctors. Staff is very friendly and always feel when I leave that my dog has received the best care possible!
Absolutely wonderful as usual. Very prompt in getting a sick cat in when needed. Wonderful doctors, techs, assistants, & receptionists. Will never take my cats anywhere else (except in dire emergency after normal hours).
Amazing experience! They don't push or over vaccinate! they have a sign with all the animals names coming in each day (super cute) The docs listen to all concerns and reach out prior to appts if there is an anxiety issue for your pet coming to their appt. the Docs are so friendly and spoil the animals. The receptionists are wonderful as well, always happy to see you and help and say Thank you! prices are very reasonable. wonderful experience.
Dr. Cheung and the entire staff are wonderful! I take my dog and two guinea pigs there and they receive the best care. I am so thankful that I can bring my pets there!! Thank you Vernon Hills Animal Hospital and Dr. Cheung for always taking such good care of my babies!!!!

Took our bearded dragon to the doctor and we are so glad we chose this hospital. The doctor was super knowledgeable!!! And he got us all excited to attend a reptile expo!
