RecommendedWe had our newly rescued new addition neutered yesterday. I spoke to Dr Sneed after surgery . Extremely informative. I called back later in the day and spoke to David, he was the nicest person to speak to, he went over everything very thoroughly and was just a pleasure to talk to. I also saw him when I picked up our little boy and again I was very impressed with his demeanor and attitude. I am extremely grateful for Dr. Caseltine and his team for getting me in to see my bearded dragon whom I thought was dying during this covid-19 pandemic. She is alert and responsive and almost back to normal. Thank you so much!
Emma, our 6 year old German Shepherd met Dr. Caseltine for the first time last week for her annual physical. Emma is a very nervous dog and Dr. Caseltine was great with her, calming her...providing a truly a 'no-fear' exam. We were very appreciative and will definitely be returning. We have been clients for over 20 years and can truly state the Vernon Hills Animal Hospital and the entire staff are great to work with! A definite 5/5 in our opinion! Thanks VHAH!

Extremely nice staff! They know what they are doing and it went smoothly. Everyone was so sweet with Joplin. Doc was awesome and answered our questions. This is definitely where we will continue to come.
