If you want the highest tech system for domestic and small businesses you won't find better equipment and or services than Verisure. The negative reviews reflect individual people not the equipment itself or the services both of those are top notch. I love the smoke screen machine that makes it impossible for a thief to see when they break in and the sos button when your a bit unsure about your property being safe they will speak to you and check if everything is okay.
Love my verisure system had it for almost 3 years and gives me peace of mind when I'm out and when I go to bed, can always check cameras, set up camera zones and the best part is it kids can't creep down stairs at night when the alarm is set. Thanks Verisure one of my best decisions 🥰
I was broken into. The Alarm was smashed by the intruders, which meant it went off line. Off line would mean its been tampered with, so a call should be made by Verisure to confirm what the problem was. According to Verisure a "Tamper" as they call it may not trigger a call straight away. Im not sure how long you do have to wait because I reported the break in 26 hours after I was broken into to Verisure.
