I had a facial with Sadie at Verbena recently and it was wonderful. Beautiful relaxed surroundings, fabulous products that were tailored to my skin type and Sadie's magic hands. I felt totally relaxed for the rest of the day and had the best night's sleep I've had in ages! Plus, most importantly I guess, my skin felt absolutely fantastic. I cannot recommend highly enough and will definitely be returning.
I had a fantastic Swedish back and shoulder massage at Verbena Holistics last week. Sadie is an intuitive practitioner who naturally found and eased the source of my shoulder tension, despite me saying it stemmed from elsewhere. From start to finish, the whole experience was warm, caring and calming - the treatment space is gorgeous and Sadie clearly has real passion for what she does. I'm just about to book a reflexology session - can't wait to go back!
I visited verbena holistic therapies last week and I had reflexology....I felt so relaxed and at ease from the minute I walked in and had the consultation to the treatment ....which was amazing to the minute I left....thank you verbena
When I went to Verbena couple weeks back I had reiki treatment. Wow! It was just amazing. The treatment room is so beautiful and serene. I firstly had a consultation with Sadie where she asked about my health and wellbeing in such a caring way. The reiki treatment was lovely and I felt totally relaxed. I have had various treatments with Sadie and she is just wonderful. She is clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about helping others. Her new treatment room at Brooke's Mill is beautifully set up and makes for such a relaxing experience. My latest Reiki treatment I had was indescribable - I would definitely recommend it if you've never had it. Since having it I've been feeling more energised and positive in my mindset and I hope to make it a regular part of my self care regime.
