Vera Ogembo has been excellent with my medical care and my entire family, husband, both my sons and my 90 year old father who lives with us. She is so organized, verifies all your medical needs, explains with details and her professionalism is admirable. Her medical assistant, Georgina is also so professional and always attends my phone calls, with the app or by phone. I had a great experience with Vera Ogembo, FNP-C, and the front desk team. Vera was very kind, professional, and took the time to explain everything in a way that was easy to understand, which I really appreciated. The front desk staff were also incredibly welcoming and friendly. They made the whole process smooth and helped me schedule my appointment quickly and efficiently. Highly recommend this team!
Vera and her Medical Assistant Ms. Georgina are genuine angels. I am not the easiest patient as I’ve been riding the “medical mystery train”, but Vera has consistently taken the time to patiently listen to my entire history, answer any questions I have, and to help me advocate for myself in the workplace with accommodations. They have consistently gone above and beyond in the care of my husband and I, and I am incredibly grateful.
I felt that her biases on my background affected my care in a way where I did not sense my care as being 100% reviewed. She then started pushing me to see other PCP when there was no need to do so. I needed to do some tests and I sense that it was blown out of proportion. I disliked the way she cared for me after an hour waiting to see someone on a quiet weekend afternoon. I would not go back to her.
Dr. Ogembo was so kind and caring. I would recommend her to everyone.
