Very rude receptionist, talked over me the whole phone call and made me feel I wasn't allowed to book a blood test that I know I need rechecked just because I didn't know who asked me to have them redone!

I'm very disappointed with the care my children received from Simone Carey at this practice. I brought my son in with a high fever (39.5°C), pus and swelling on his tonsils, and obvious signs of infection. By the next morning, his temperature had reached 40°C. Despite this, I was told he was “overdressed,” that forehead thermometers are “rubbish,” and that it was likely viral — no proper investigation, just dismissal. Actually very impressed considering some of these reviews , i called up 10:40am this morning got a call back 11:00am with an appointment at 16:00pm , got prescribed meds after going into the waiting room only had to wait 10 minuets and managed to pick up the meds from pharmacy straight away , Great job and very quick :)
