Great place, love spending an hour or two there, staff are brilliant couldn't be more helpful
Tried to call to book an MOT. Left messages yesterday and several messages today. Still not heard back. Appalling customer service. Called customer service who were similarly unable to help. Advised to drive down to Factory Lane. I advised this was unacceptable. If I want to post a letter, I don't deliver it myself - that's what a postal service is for. No email address to contact. Will follow up with a written complaint. Basic customer service lacking.
Woken up at 2.50 in the morning, them emptying bins from MC Carthy motors, pretty sure not allowed to collect before 5.30 in the morning
