Veolia didn't collect our food waste Monday 1st August 2022, CT14 9UQ. Despite filling in the Dover District Council 'missed collection' form, 3 days on it still hadn't been collected. UPDATE: Thursday 4th August 2022, I'm pleased to report and most grateful to the operative from Veolia, who returned to collect our food waste. 😀
Yet again food waste not collected and unable to get through to veoila or council to complain. Get your act together
I live in a block of twelve flats. Our bins are put out on time. Since Christmas our bins have had an issue with late collection every week. The council explained that your new lorries cannot deal with large wheelie bins. Which is not my problem as the bins are supplied by the council. Our postal code is CT146NR. This issue must be resolved soon . I await your response. ( won’t hold my breath).
