Since change of staff last year this organisation has become disorganised and dishonesty. They are often late, or do not turn up. They do not listen to their clients and only ever offer to take it on board as feedback, just to repeatedly make exactly the same mistakes. Any actually support is outside their remit. They now cause more issues than they solve. Highly recommend staying well away from this service.
Absolutely shocking service. Keep promising to do things then never do. Always late for appointment, leave early They are ment to be helping my friend but all they are doing is making her mental health more fragile. When ever my friend asks for something to be done to help her she is normally told it's not within their remit. A complete waste of time.
They started off good but I'm so disappointed with them and the ending of my 'care'. Wouldn't recommend.
