Dr. Shepard and team are excellent. They listen carefully to my concerns, ask appropriate questions and offer solutions or referrals. The system utilized seems to have offices that may no longer be in service but the doctor & team would not know that. They are knowledgeable and typically respond very fast. The experience is always positive.
