I know dr Shepard for many years as my primary doctor , he is so caring, kind and patient , I truly appreciate him and his staff for their support and care .
I'm very happy with the care and concern about my medical needs and have referred other friends . Doctor Shepard has always answered any questions or concern I have .
Dr. Shepard listens actively, is non-judgmental, is encouraging, and clearly works from a caring place rather than from ego like so many physicians I've experienced (I have worked in healthcare). I leave feeling heard and validated, and he is thorough and knowledgeable.
