I absolutely love Dr Shepard and his team. I have been seeing him for about 3 years now and he is one of the best doctors I have seen in my life. He listens to all of my concerns and does not dismiss them, and we make sure we come up with a game plan to address all of my needs. I am very grateful to him and his team.

An internal medicine doctor friend said that the three-word memory test was administered incorrectly to me. He said they should have given me three words to remember and then asked me to repeat them right away before changing the subject so that I would have a chance to process the words before asking me later to repeat them again. The nurse asked me a different question one second after saying the three words I was to remember, not giving me any chance of processing the three words in my head.
